An interesting exhibition of Antoni Fałat has opened in the building of the Grand Theater.
The exhibition presents not only the latest works, but a large selection of paintings from previous years. Fałat’s paintings take as their subject a man in various situations, in private and official life. A frequent element of his paintings are incorporated photographs of silhouettes from old photographs. In this way the author gives his paintings a mysterious character. He transports the observer to the past. The artist uses a dark color palette with colorful accents.
The noteworthy exhibition will run until June 30, 2023.
